Maintenance issues arose, particularly with an iron that didn’t function properly, and replacement towels were delayed one morning, leading to an inconvenient bathroom situation.

I love this hotel, Artus. I've stayed here three times and it’s always enjoyable. The location is fantastic. Easy walks to restaurants and key attractions. The design is stylish and modern. Everything feels fresh and clean. Water refills are a great touch. it kept me hydrated during the hot days. The staff are incredibly friendly. Sanjay gives the best recommendations for dining and local sights. One morning, I asked for coffee in the lobby, and they offered up cookies too! However, during my last visit, my room was a bit noisy. Being on the ground level, I could hear street sounds at night, which disrupted my sleep. Overall, I'd definitely come back. it's still my go-to spot in Paris.
